This policy explains what dradamboender.com ("the site," "we," "I") collects, why, and what you can do about it. The site is operated by Dr. Adam Boender. Contact: dr.adampartnerships@gmail.com.
What we collect
- What you give us. When you request the Health Foundations Toolkit you provide your first name, email address, and whether you are reading for your own health or are a licensed provider or clinic owner. You may optionally provide a mobile number and separately consent to text messages.
- How you arrived. A "source" value (for example, book, home, or social) so we can tell which page or printed address brought you here.
- Usage data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) and, if analytics or advertising pixels are installed, the data those tools collect through cookies or similar technologies.
How we use it
- To send you the toolkit, the welcome letters, and updates to the Where Things Stand Now page.
- To route you to the right sequence. Readers receive the reader letters. Licensed providers receive the clinician letters and information about Precision Practice Mastery. We do not send the consumer sequence to clinicians or the clinician sequence to readers.
- To send launch-day text messages, only if you gave a number and checked the consent box.
- To understand how the site is used and to reach people who have visited it with relevant messages on other platforms, if advertising pixels are installed.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run the site and send email: a hosting platform, an email marketing platform, and, if enabled, analytics and advertising services. They process data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
Your choices
- Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out.
- You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing dr.adampartnerships@gmail.com.
- You can block or clear cookies in your browser. The site still works without them.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Health information
The site is educational. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, medical records or details about your health conditions. Nothing you read here creates a doctor-patient relationship.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it. Material changes will be announced by email to the list.
